About this project
This small, elevated site in Cottesloe has magnificent ocean and golf course views. The house on the 350m2 site is built over four levels to accommodate the steeply sloping terrain, with the living areas on the top level to take advantage of the panoramic views. The design, for a couple who regularly host visiting relatives, has been zoned to maintain their privacy and provide easy access and privacy for their guests. The house nestles comfortably and unpretentiously into the streetscape, reflecting it’s beachside environment.
