About this project
This house, although relatively small in area, is designed over 5 levels to suit the topography and to maximise the spectacular river and parkland views. Designed for an empty-nester couple, the aim was to create a series of spaces that are all well used, while having a spacious and uncluttered feel.
The simple flat roofed building forms attempt to express a contemporary response to the unique riverside location.
