About this project
This indoor/outdoor courtyard style house in Dalkeith has been designed as a comfortable family home for a couple and their two young daughters. The central but separate pool and lawn courts have been designed as the focus of the home in the centre of the site. A glazed gallery links the front and rear pavilions of the house and visually connects the outdoor entertaining areas with the indoor living spaces.
The house sits demurely in the street, belying the resort-like ambience beyond the facade.
